The Park of Bagatelle and his Villa hosts the Town Hall of the 6th & 8th arrondissements Marseille.
The Villa Bagatelle which was built in 1903 by Henri NAEGELY, son of Edward NAEGELY protestant of Swiss origin came create in Marseille a cotton trading deal that made his fortune.
