This restaurant on rue Jean Mermoz in Marseille is the little brother of the Nice institution of the same name.
Chef Géraud GARY-BOBO learned his trade with Joël ROBUCHON in Monaco, with Alain DUTOURNIER at the Carré des Feuillants in Paris, and with Guy LASSAUSAIE near Lyon. He offers here a bistronomic cuisine with Mediterranean accents, with, not by chance, the homemade pissaladière which is one of the specialties of Nice! But you will also enjoy the organic egg mimosa, tarragon and lettuce or purple artichoke salad, or the candied lemon and parmesan. Continue with the roasted cod, or the famous veal loin with green pepper sauce and a melting potato millefeuille. Finally, to finish, don't miss the Chef's lemon meringue tart!
