In the heart of Marseille and a stone's throw from Place Castellane, this contemporary establishment benefits from the combined enthusiasm of a duo of pros, natives of the Phocaean city: chef Julien Diaz, who has spent time in London and Corsica, and his accomplice, sommelier Guillaume Bonneaud. About thirty cutlery, refined decoration (wood, iron, raw materials), food and wine pairings, and creative cuisine obeying a certain bias, that of seasonality and locality, thanks to products varying between the Mediterranean and Corsica. Very good value for money at lunch.
