Today run by chef Mustapha Kachetel, the restaurant has been owned by the same family for 5 generations!

Berber couscous is the specialty of the house: it is a couscous with barley semolina; for enlightened amateurs, it is the true, the unique, the one that is being prepared in the Kabyle mountains, guardian of the Berber tradition.
Couscous with chicken, couscous with mechoui, couscous merguez, couscous balls, couscous with fish, couscous royal... Whatever you choose, it's hearty and generous.
