Lovers of healthy and fresh products, anxious to take the shortest circuits, Hannah and Benjamin compose each week the vegetarian menu according to seasonal vegetables, produced locally in organic. To sublimate them, they integrate into their cuisine cereals from the Camargue, legumes from the Drôme, various seeds, fresh herbs or spices from around the world.

From these mixtures is born a menu rich in flavors, textures and colors.
