Fabrice Denizot & Grégory Gassa have made this former diving club, which has seen Jacques Mayol pass through, a spectacular and exotic site.
They called on their friend and interior designer Marion Mailaender, who, in reference to traditional sheds, sublimated the place with simplicity and authenticity, but nothing was left to chance.

When we say seaside, we mean seaside! You will dine on the rocks or on two terraces overlooking the creek.
Chef Sylvain ROUCAYROL serves sunny seafood cuisine that will delight you: oysters, superb seafood platters, red mullet in risotto, turbot in radish scales... and raw fish that have become signatures, such as his sea bream sashimi, or his horse mackerel fillets dressed as if you were tasting the fish just out of the water and accompanied by tonic seasonings... It is a whole iodized feast that is offered to us.
And the atmosphere is very cool!
