This "neighborhood bar" was as the district Vauban / Notre Dame, a soul!

It's "a musical canteen" designed by the owner, Victor Parodi.

Located towards the top of the boulevard, this is one of our favorite places. Let's do is recline at the counter the morning for coffee, sit on the terrace for breakfast and read his newspaper, make a lunch break because the table is good, and late afternoon make a little game of petanque on the "boulodrome Vauban" created especially in the inner courtyard, sipping a glass of wine or local beer at the cocktail hour.

In the kitchen, it's Charlene who treats you with a simple and effective, family kitchen and small dishes that highlight fresh market products. The map, two dishes of the day, that's all but it changes every day.

From Thursday to Saturday evening, the Vauban home becomes the appointment of friends of the neighborhood, in music, with its plates of charcuterie and cheeses and a selection of organic wines.
