Here's a good place which is two not the Saint Victor Abbey, in the former cloister, a very contemporary bistro that has been created by a young sommelier, Cédric Valero, with the help of his beautiful brother David, responsible of the plate.
Here, the principle is simple, no card: a slate, with fresh and local produce, and thoroughly recommended wine.
Two starters, two main dishes and two desserts, renewed every day and great wines to accompany your plates. Can't be simpler, but it pleases, because it's all in the quality of what is offered.
You will enjoy clean and fragrant market cuisine that will be sunny by the discovery and the association of a good wine. A wine by the glass dispenser ensures an optimal temperature as well as a perfect conservation of the bottles.
The kitchen is fully open, and you can realize that here everything is homemade!
