You don't book, you show up and you enter (come early, because it's always crowded!). No menu, but let it be, you will enjoy it.
The pizzas with Anchovies or Cheese are just the best in Marseille, they are called "the pizzas of the Good Lord"; the garlic and parsley supions are to die for, and the grilled meats over a wood fire to die for! Of course, for those who would like to brighten up all this with a small rosé wine in the colors of the South, a "small" Chateau Virant from the slopes of Aix-en-Provence will do the trick;

The legend of Chez Etienne is the address without a phone for ages, it's without a card "we listen, and we trust", these are just a few specialties "we only do that, but we only come for that", it's of course Etienne who comes to each table to make sure that everything goes well and exchange a few words and benevolent looks, and it can be "the addition to the head of the customer" but it doesn't matter because "it's not salty, that one!".
