AUFFO
Bernard BONNET's famous restaurant "L'ÉPUISETTE", located in the picturesque valley of the Auffes, has been taken over by the Group The Social Club and the Marseille chef Coline FAULQUIER, and renamed "Auffo" which means "Auffes" in Provençal; the auffes are pellets that are used to make ropes; Today, there are no more rope manufacturers, but there are still the fishermen's huts, each one more colorful than the last, and it is the ideal place to come and admire the pointus, these typical Marseille fishing boats!
The gastronomic restaurant AUFFO should open its doors in April, in the Vallon des Auffes, a small fishing port in Marseille located between Malmousque and the Catalans in the Endoume district, which is located "l'Epuisette", just after the bridge, perched on its rock. The restaurant, which watches the comings and goings of the small fishing boats, has an exceptional view of the cove of Marseille and the Frioul islands in the background.
And Coline Faulquier does not hide her goal: to win a MICHELIN star by 2026!
