Karine and Ludovic Turac invite you to their Table, to the South, on the Old Port, and to be exact at 2 Quai du Port, in a beautiful Haussmannian building which is adjoining the brasserie "La Samaritaine".
A Table au Sud is all sunshine, you forget about fatigue and worries fly away, to give way to calm, relaxation and tasting,... under the benevolent eye of the good mother!
Awarded a Michelin star in 2015, Ludovic TURAC* from Marseille, 27, is the youngest Michelin-starred chef! In front of a gleaming set of copper pots, the best local and seasonal products are transformed into skilful compositions, surprising and tasty combinations. And the chef's skilful hands compose plates with delicate colors and flavors, for the pleasure of the eyes and the palate. Lots of fish, chosen every morning in the Old Port, vegetables from Provence, meats from the Southern Alps and above all the love of a job well done.
The same philosophy applies to the cellar of Karine, his wife, sommelier and restaurant manager. Work, the South and sobriety; moving away from labels to get closer to winemakers.
