Restaurant Gérald Passédat

"My cuisine is a dive into the Mediterranean"
Maître de Maison - Gérald Passédat

First come sea anemones, pelamids, sea urchins and shellfish. Then, at the heart of his cuisine, fish. Throughout the year, more than 65 varieties that are sometimes forgotten – galinette, capon, pagre, sarran, dentex – are fished here, with respect for marine resources. A favourite dish, the Bouille Abaisse, light, iodized, zephyrian, but also the famous Lucie Passédat wolf. All this gives you the delicious feeling of being immersed in the Mediterranean.
As for the view of the Mediterranean Sea, it is omnipresent, from the terrace as well as from the restaurant, and if you have decided to stay there, even in your room, spacious and open to the horizon.

To make sure you don't miss out on this unique moment, call to book your table!

The 1917

1917 is the date on which Gérald Passédat's grandfather acquired the famous Petit Nice. This is therefore quite naturally the name given to the chic bistro to which you can go in a more accessible way to taste a menu which, like the gastronomic restaurant, is resolutely turned towards seafood. To make your mouth water, here are some examples of this marine orientation: crab accras, shellfish salad or spicy and marinated raw fish, mussels and shellfish on zucchini and quinoa, rock fish soup, ... are to be tasted.
A fast and efficient service allows you to indulge yourself at lunchtime or in the evening, in contact with the sea, with the calm of the place in mind while the wind is often blowing outside, and in the mouth the subtly iodized taste of a refined Mediterranean cuisine.

The 1917 is very successful, better call to book your table.

Both restaurants are open from Tuesday to Saturday, closed on Sunday and Monday.
