* Maurice Mistre was a well-known figure among gourmets in Marseille – he had created the Amandine pastry shop on Boulevard Chave. Famous pastry chef and chocolatier, he worked for more than 50 years with his brother Michel. He knew the consecration when he made a cake for President MITTERRAND, and many silkscreen prints in chocolate on nougat paper for many artists Jane BIRKIN, Suzanne FLON, Serge REZVANI, Fabrice LUCCHINI, ... the notoriety of its chocolates exceeded Marseille and the luberon! And life is incredible, because today, 50 years later, the two daughters of Maurice and Michel take up the torch and perpetuate this legacy.
