In Provençal, a chicoulon is a bottom of a glass of wine,
A little drink
that is usually taken at the end of a good meal.
A nod to our grandmother who used this expression.

The ambition here is to offer "good and quality"

You will find in the cellar more than 400 references, wines of friends for the aperitif, nuggets to taste for special occasions, or exceptional nectars for enthusiasts, the Chicoulon is "the gateway to the French vineyard" of which he is the ambassador.
La Cave, Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 8pm, Saturday from 10am to 7pm.

At the Chicoulon restaurant, at lunchtime, Leo, chef, prepares two starters and two dishes in front of you only from fresh, local and seasonal products. The dishes change daily, from Monday to Friday. Chicoulon's desserts are prepared by Fanny.  
Edouard takes care of the selection of wines served by the glass according to the dishes. You're in for a treat!
