Located in Endoume, opposite Place Sainte Eugène, this fresh pasta factory is a beautiful address, to be associated in the same district with POMPETTE, the wine cellar, and CHEZ LUCIENNE for cheeses.
"Cheese, pasta and good wine" is what Alban DUMOLIÉ ("CHEZ LUCIENNE"), Anthony BONAFOUX and Rémy GOUDARD offer us.
At NENETTE, you will find "pasta" in all its forms and in all sauces.
As soon as we cross the threshold of the door, a good smell of pestos and homemade sauces tease our nostrils.
The hardest thing for you will be to choose what you want among the pasta farandole: tagliatelle, papardelles, spaghetti, rigatoni, linguine ... some natures, others with cuttlefish ink, lemon and even flowers... chef Johan Paolacci prepares them daily without preservatives or additives.
To consume with consideration. In all simplicity, with a little salt, pepper, a small drizzle of olive oil, a little Parmesan, in sauce or stew; with anchovies, capers, Italian cold cuts, or cheeses. You will find all possible and imaginary accompaniments in the delicatessen department.
