"Pass the nose", and come and discover a showcase filled with artisanal French cheeses of all kinds, sheep, goat, cow, and the maturing cellar of the place. We take into account the tastes of the whole family and friends, there are some safe bets, and surprises to discover ... It is impossible to get out of here without a mouth-watering piece of cheese!.
A lovely little terrace at the back of the shop, allows a gourmet stop. You can enjoy in the sun, facing south sheltered from the wind, all the delicious cheeses that the House offers. And because the cheese is well accompanied by bread, hams, and wines, the master of the place calls on "the band of the 7th ": Pierre Ragot, the excellent baker of the Maison Saint Honoré, the Ham Cellar of Olivier Borne & Alex, and for the wines a selection of Guillaume Bonneaud and Mathurin Schianno who operate at the "popular landmark of the Hive". Let's not forget the desserts with the atypical pastry of Clément HIGGINS & Aurélie PAULETTO the handyman of sweets.
