A true Marseilles institution, it's the oldest glacier of Marseille, and it's a glacier of exception!
The Ice House was born in 1947, to the Holy Street. It is today street of the Republic, and to the Borély stopover.
Fresh fruit, natural dyes, Alpine milk and water of Marseille are the ingredients claimed by the glacier for manufacturing (production workshops have left the Holy Street and are now settled in the neighborhood of the Arnavaux Bldg 719 13014 Marseille) of these handicrafts: never Pasty creamy ice-cream and sorbets refreshing but not too sweet.
It is a success! The Ice House knows wake up our childish memories: vacherin or Grandma Sunday chocolate cake, the taste of the famous "yeti" (ice to suck in the form of "tube to water") flavored Coke or anise Mint , pierced cones and fingers that "pèguent"... the hardest is finally to choose its perfumes: sorbet, melon or fig, calisson or caramel, verbena or Lemon-Basil sorbet pastis and ice shuttle... for the most curious and all classic sorbets of yesteryear to comfort themselves and find sensations.
The approach of each holiday season, the Ice House concoct us many desserts: logs, Norwegian, vacherins omelets,... well there's desserts that create conviviality!
