"Maison Frojo has not become a big name in jewelry by chance. The know-how has been passed down from father to son since my great-great-grandfather Eugenio Frojo. Originally from Piedmont, he began in 1854 as head of the Workshop of the Charlet watchmaking in Marseille. His son – my great-grandfather – who graduated from Fine Arts, bought the business in the early 1900s. Then it was my grandfather and my father who took over the Charlet-Frojo workshop and since 2009, I have been in charge of the Maison Frojo. In each of our boutiques, we welcome the biggest brands, but we also have our own jewelry creations, engagement rings or wedding rings, from our Marseille workshop. Offering our customers jewelry that marks the important moments of their lives is a great privilege. We are in a way the family jeweler and it is for me the most beautiful job".
